Austin Waterjet is a National Cutting Service and Sheet Metal Fabricator

Value Added Services

In order to provide the most effective and economical services to our customers, Austin Waterjet has added additional capabilities beyond waterjet and laser cutting.

RAW MATERIAL STOCKING

We stock most common types and thicknesses of metal plate. Material Test Reports are available upon request at no additional cost to our customers. By having raw material plate stock on hand, we are able to reduce lead times, often by several days. Additionally, we charge only for the material used to make the customer’s parts, and restock the balance of the plate, to be used on future orders.

Some of the materials that we commonly carry in our inventory are:

  • STAINLESS STEEL – 304l, 316, 321, 17-4PH, 15-5PH
  • MILD STEEL – A36, A1011, 1018
  • ALLOY STEEL – 4140, 4340
  • HSLA STEEL – A514, A516, A572, A588,
